The saddle must be returned in the same condition as it left the store. All tags must be in-place with no dirt or scuff marks. There are no returns on special order saddles. In store saddles are for in store purchase only. We do not ship in store saddle stock. If ordering from manufacturer thru us, saddle will be shipped directly to you, if not local to our store. Returns on factory direct saddles must be shipped back to our store at your expense. Saddle must be returned in same box with all packing material and tags as you received them with some written documentation as to why you are returning the saddle with original sales receipt.
